Richard Murison

Richard Murison is a singer songwriter and folk style guitarist based in Kent. Inspired into song-writing through listening to the likes of John Martyn and Nick Drake, he is drawn to the ways in which guitar tunings and driving finger picking rhythm can carry the listener deep into the world of a song. His songs are stories and meditations on love and life.

Richard collaborates with a network of friends and has released most recent recordings in 2019 and 2021, with more releases on the way in the coming months. He gigs in Kent and London.
