Local & Live New Band Bursary 2026

IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE TUNBRIDGE WELLS FORUM AND MUSICSTATION

The new band bursary is available to bands (including duos and singer/songwriters) with members 18 and under from Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

Local&Live is excited to launch the ‘NEW BAND BURSARY’ – an opportunity for young bands (18 and under) to advance their musical journey. The successful band will receive:

  • Mentoring (not management) and individual performance tuition for band members from MusicStation.
  • A support show at The Forum.
  • A Local&Live main stage slot August Bank Holiday.
  • A video including professionally mixed sound from both shows.
  • A recording session at either The Forum or Doz studio.
  • Radio play on local stations.
  • A digital single release by the end of 2026.
