Christopher Parris is an emerging progressive folk artist, who’s unique and timeless messages are raising vibes and lifting spirits, and through the creation process of his first four albums has guided the genre into a realm that no other soul has ever been before! The debut album Living Through The Twilight Of The Kali Yuga was released on the winter solstice of 2022, and brings together various instruments and stories from around the world. The compelling song structures and durations vary and lyrically we’re taken on a transcendental journey through a dystopian while heavenly expression of the times we are in and the imagination and visions of where we can go. In 2023 the recording process of the second album began and culminated in the early summer of 2024, with industry producer Dave Eringa taking the reins for the final mixing and mastering, and together they have taken Chris’ cosmically folk infused world music to a whole other frequential experience! Embodying a less is more approach the songs have been magically weaved into an earthly but deeply otherworldly experience that is poetically expressive of these unfolding days on planet earth. Living Through The Twilight Of The Kali Yuga and The True Nature Of Time are both out now on all major streaming platforms, and albums three and four are well underway.
