Shep!&Co. is an American/British Country band formed in 2021, by American/Country singer Shep! and folk singer-songwriter Miss Jenny-Lee.

The band currently consists of, Shep! (Vocals, Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo, Bouzouki), Miss Jenny-Lee (Vocals, Keyboard, Flute, Whistle), Miss Erica (Fiddle), Jarek Jr. (Electric Bass), Mischa Bray (Fiddle, Electric Guitar, Vocals), Roger Nunn on Drums, Matt Falloon (Pedal Steel, Electric Guitar, Vocals).
