Local&Live, the Tunbridge Wells community-led charity championing grassroots music, has opened applications for bands to play at its 2026 festival – and has announced an exciting new bursary designed to support young, emerging talent.
Applications to perform at Local&Live 2026 open on 1 January 2026, with local bands invited to apply via the charity’s website. The deadline for applications is 31 March 2026.
The free, four-day festival will return over the August Bank Holiday weekend, 28–31 August 2026, taking place in Calverley Grounds and venues across Tunbridge Wells, including The Forum. Known for celebrating the very best local, original music, Local&Live has a long track record of giving artists early exposure and helping launch successful music careers.
