Bill Rutherford

Bill’s itinerant childhood led him to explore an eclectic range of musical genres, with little in the way of boundaries. Influenced principally by progressive rock, jazz, and classic singer/songwriters such as David Bowie and Billy Joel, Bill’s studio releases (comprising an album and four subsequent singles) are vehicles for stylistic experimentation and cross-pollination. When performing live, songs are stripped back to their raconteur foundations, placing the vocals and harmonies at the centre of the show.
