Blending Americana, folk, and country influences, London-born Howie has built a reputation for heartfelt storytelling and exquisite musicianship. Her latest album delves into themes of love, resilience, and self-discovery, earning praise for its lyrical depth and authentic sound.
Annas first Ep, An Idiots Guide to Love was recorded in Nashville and went in at number 5 in the Uk Country Charts, her follow up album, the Friday Night Club was named after a livestream she started from her front room during lockdown which ran for 25 consecutive weeks, every Friday and which went on to have 2 million views on facebook. Anna has done live Radio 2 sessions with Brian May and has supported Gabrielle and Scouting for Girls.Anna was one of Black Deer Festival’s emerging artists in 2023 and played the Pilton Stage, Glastonbury in 2024.
Good for Roses follows the success of Howie’s previous releases, it was recorded at Peter Gabriels studios in Bath and solidifies her status as one of the UK’s most exciting independent artists.
On the Local and Live Stage Anna will be joined by her brilliant band of musicians; Andy Evans on guitar, Roger Nunn on drums and percussion, John Brooker on bass.
